The Naviance Excellence in Leadership Award recognizes Naviance Network members who demonstrate "an exceptional level of leadership, advocacy, and passion for education, student empowerment, and student success." Naviance is proud to announce that Dave Ellefson of Hutchinson High School (Hutchinson, MN) has been selected from among the more than 40,000 Naviance Network members as the receipient of this year's award. Dave's energy, creativity, and leadership are a model for professional school counselors.
