Naviance began working with the Hamilton County (TN) Department of Education in 2005 supporting the efforts of the College Access Center to improve access to higher education for students throughout the Greater Chattanooga area. The Chattanoogan.com reports that WorkspaceK12 has become an integral part of the district's college access initiative, providing "accurate information about all aspects of the college admissions process." Using WorkspaceK12, schools can collect detailed data about student goals and outcomes, facilitating collaboration among all stakeholders and ensuring that counselors and administrators can measure success. "Naviance eDocs is great!  Getting started was easy, and notices from colleges about missing transcripts, recommendation letters, and school forms dropped 90% in just one year!"
