In this job you will:
- Use your strong computer skills and Internet savvy to become an expert on using our systems
- Problem-solve on a daily basis
- Provide user-testing on company products as needed
- Build relationships with customers
- Provide cheerful and prompt service to our customers by phone and email
- Use your infinite patience to handle customers who are stressed out or technically challenged
- Take personal responsibility for getting customer issues resolved
- Apply your great organizational skills to make sure you meet all your commitments even in a fast-paced environment
