Docufide and Naviance Partner Services
Los Angeles CA, October 6, 2006 -- Docufide, the leading provider of electronic transcript and admissions documents delivery for college-bound students, their parents, and high-schools, has partnered with Naviance, the leading provider of online planning and advising systems for secondary schools. The partnership will streamline the request and delivery of college admissions transcripts and other application credentials for hundreds of thousands of high school students and staff across the country.
Docufide brings years of experience processing electronic transcripts from high schools to postsecondary institutions nationwide to Naviance's 18,000 counseling professionals, helping to automate the process of requesting, delivering and tracking transcripts for their students and alumni. With students requesting an average of 6 transcripts at an estimated cost of $6.70 a transcript (NCES/DOE study), Docufide's service saves schools $40+ per college bound student. In addition to materials and staff savings, Docufide tracks all requests and transcript delivery, taking over a costly and time- intensive support role for the schools. High school counseling staff will greatly benefit by having the transcript request information integrated with the rest of students' college planning data managed in Naviance's Counselor's Office. The integration will reduce data entry and provide a more complete picture of the application process.

With the integration of Docufide's Secure Transcript services into Naviance's WorkspaceK12, students and counselors will gain another highly valuable tool to aid them in the college admissions process. Additionally, by integrating these two functions, high schools benefit by reducing the number of applications and integration points that their technology teams need to manage and support. The integrated transcript services will be available early in 2007.
