In the event Naviance is ordered by a court to disclose information that has been provided by a Client, Naviance shall notify Client and shall work with Client to seek to limit the scope of the required disclosure. Naviance may also collect certain information from users of our websites, such as the IP addresses from which they access the sites, the browser types and versions used, and the operating systems of their computers. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems and to administer our websites. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate data and provide such information to third parties.

Except with respect to necessary communications regarding Client services and accounts, Naviance offers Clients a means to choose how we may use information provided to contact you. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering Services, you change your mind about receiving information from us, send us a request specifying your new choice. Correcting and Updating Your Information
