Start with Counselor’s Office, which provides the core features to support the rest of the suite, then add other applications as you need them. On rare occasions where downtime is necessary for maintenance, we notify clients and schedule service interruptions at off-hours for minimal disruption. Our data center is staffed 24x7x365 and features redundant connections to multiple backbones to ensure high performance from virtually anywhere in the world. Our services are monitored 24 hours each day from five locations around the world, so we know of any potential issues immediately.
