A five-phase methodology is the cornerstone of our Consulting Services. This methodology uses a hands-on approach, incorporates best practices and ensures that Naviance Succeed provides the tools your school needs to improve student outcomes.

Our consulting methodology

Phase I: Assess
During the Assessment Phase, we assess the technology readiness of the school or district, identify key objectives and education drivers for implementing the Naviance Succeed solution.

Phase II: Import
During the Import Phase, we identify the data the school or district needs for importing into Naviance Succeed as well as the process for importing so that objectives and reporting needs can be met.

Phase III: Configure
During the Configure Phase, we leverage the Professional Development provided and other supporting documentation to ensure that all the relevant components of Naviance Succeed are properly set up so that users at your school or district can perform their job and increase student readiness.

Phase IV: Deploy
During the Deploy Phase, we focus on the planning dimensions relevant to achieving your stated objectives. We ensure proper professional development has been received to enable users to configure and leverage the core functionality.

Phase V: Measure
During the Measure Phase, we review our progress toward your stated objectives to determine our degree of achievement and areas to focus on for ongoing implementation.
