When faced with a new challenge or question, Naviance Network members can phone or email our knowledgeable team of support specialists or use on our online tools, which include various topics, step-by-step instructions and a multitude of templates at no additional cost.
Expert Assistance:
Each Naviance support specialist:
- Has been fully trained on all functionality in the Naviance Succeed solution
- Receives regular training and is certified on new features on an on-going basis
- Possesses a significant amount of domain expertise — with several team members working for schools and districts prior to Naviance
- Dedicated to delighting our members and fostering effective use of Naviance Succeed through timely response and resolution to each question
